Broadband speed / GHz on my router
Please can you tell me what GHz setting my router is set too? I work from home and my Microsoft teams camera keeps freezing, the IT support company are saying if it's set to 5ghz it will help with this problem. Thanks for your help

By default all current Sky Hub models broadcast the same network name on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz simultaneously.

@Kevin219 by default all modern Sky hubs have at least dualband WiFi so use a single SSID by default for both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz band so your camera can use.either band. Your IT support company should know this as it us the default for all consumer equipment
. If the camera connects at all it has been connected to the wifi network and the issue is likely marginal wifi signal in the room you are using. Teams actually requires minimal bandwidth around 1.5Mb/s up being recommended. Ideally use an Ethernet cable to the hub but consider getting a wifi booster or extender if that is not possible.
