Broadband slow

Hi we have been having a problem with our brandband speed which is extremely slow for the last week and would like something done about it as I'm paying for speed of up to 11 gb not 2gb please could someone call or come out to fix this problem asap

You won't ever get 11gbps as that is simply not  someyhing anyone supplies.

 

BB is in mbps unless you have the Ultrafast service of 900mbps (1gbps) 

 

Sky won;t call you or send anyone out on the back of a forum post.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
