Our broadband has been very unreliable this past week or so. I've just done several speed checks including being wired directly to the router itself and I'm only getting speeds around 93mbps max. I pay for full fibre 500mbps but I realise I won't always get that. However I think I am promised a minimum download speed.
Can you please advise steps to improve or send an engineer to check our service please.

I am having some issues too its actually told me on the site i can make a claim has for 3 days its gone below the min promised speed ... how ever the speed it is saying i'm getting i'm not actually getting and this makes me very sad as i been unable to do anything for almost 24 hours.
