Broadband slow or not working

We recently upgraded to fibre broadband through open reach and have noticed over a few days that our internet has been struggling.

The apps on our phones and smart TVs are extremely sluggish and sometimes timeout before a connection is made, and I wasn't able to work from home today as I couldn't get connected

Were you trying to connect over a VPN, and do you have a white Sky Max Hub,?
