Broadband site restrictions

Broadbands won't let me on some sites

Sounds like you need to adjust the Parental settings.

In order to do this you need to open up My Sky App on phone and click on Broadband. Then scroll down and click on Product Settings then Broadband Shield and change the option to 18.

 

Ps. That's assuming you have the White Max hub

@Flinny1 check the wetting for Broadband Shield in the My Sky app as if set to low it will block sites.
