Broadband shocking for weeks

The broadband in the house is terrible- we have reset the router & extender devices & no luck - to download anything on sky box it's taking ages - the images on sky and apps are blurry! Internet searches on phones are impossible it's a total disaster

Yes it's says there are no issues and there are countless issues - I am having to respond via 5G as the internet is so poor it won't load the page

i work in IT Networking and have carried out all the checks - there is either an issue in the area or the equipment as it has been like this for weeks & is impacting service, a service I am paying for to function fully not partially on a good day

What stats do you need? I sent the Mb/s already - the service is shocking- to update an app is taking over 2 minutes!
