Hi I have problems with certain websites loading and noted this may be down to broadband shield. I never changed this when became a new broadband customer. I can access the section in my soo but I have no age restriction options within to selected from. It is showing as permanently active and the inactive selection with time range is greyed out so I can't select this. I have signed into My Sky via browser and the App, neither of which provide access to the options. I have no "outstanding orders" to my product either which is what help suggests may be causing it.
Does anyone know how this can be resolved or do I need to call Sky and spend ages on the phone.
