Hi,
My Broadband Sheild is greyout under Broadband and Talk Settings. It says 'Come back when your sky broadbands been activated'. I've been using broadband for over 2 years. Internet Security and Talk sheild are still working propperly. Any idea?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@phall_78 If this is as you said it is greyed out to you then best to give Sky a call and report this so that they can looking into your account to see what the issue could be.

Mine is exactly the same and I've been with Sky 19yrs. After an hr and 40min I gave up on the phone. Had one woman accusing me of arguing, one guy had me turning router on and off repeatedly and then another guy who also wanted me to go through steps of router reset and everything that the previous 2 staff had done. Told Sky it's their problem and not my equipment.

HI, I was given a workaround. When I download the sky app on my phone I can activate broadband sheild from there.
