I requested to change my appointment for a different date I then spoke to an operator to say I no longer need the appointment changing. I get a text 30 minutes later to say it has been changed. I am not happy, I now have to rearrange my move in date when it was confirmed no changes were going to be made.

Find out more@Megan1905 the issue is that it is normally not Sky staff who handle new connections it is the network Operator Openreach whose systems are to say the least not customer friendly. Appointments get changed and missed quite regularly much to both Sky's and the end customer's annoyance.
