Broadband service dropping query

Broadband constantly dropping out, meaning home security at risk issuse been raised several times over the pas year with no attempt from sky to recitfy.

Domestic broadband service from any ISP should not be considered to provide security: they simply cannot guarantee connectivity.

As a minimum you should consider paying an additional amount for failover to cellular broadband which some ISPs offer.
