How do I configure the router to WPA2 or WPA3 for better security please? My Apple phone tells me WEP is not secure.

If the four Sky Hub models currently in support, only the white Max unit does WPA3.
By default other Sky Hubs should be using WPA2 but Apple devices are known to misreport this.
WEP is undoubtedly insecure, which is why no router model has shipped using it for at least a decade.
