My WiFi has been actived 10 minutes ago, which came as a surprise to me as I haven't had the router delivered. The tracking still says waiting to be dispatched and I order nearly 2 weeks ago.
I do work online and am expected to be doing that tomorrow but without the router this will be difficult, not a very good first experience...

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
