Broadband router not available

My router is not displayed on any device including Tv, laptop or mobile. No internet

Yes. The same here. But everything that was connected is still visible, any new things that I want to connect are not showing.

Had some help from sky after waiting on phone for 45mins. They told me to reset hub (I have new hub sky hub max) by pressing WPS button for 30secs.

That worked for me
