Broadband right to exit

My broadband hasn't been working.. I got an email with the right to exit, my TV package is sky stream so requires an Internet connection to be used.. I phoned up to exercise my right to exit and was told it only applys to my broadband subscription as the TV subscription would work if I left to go to another broadband provider. Currently my broadband is with sky, this isn't working.. so I've been offered the right to leave.. my TV requires an Internet connection to use, so this also isn't working through no fault of my own.. this is a fault through sky I am paying for a service that I'm unable to use therefore I should be offered the right to exit across the board with both subscriptions. Whatever way you look at this I'm not able to watch TV because of sky.

That is correct, While Sky might co-sell broadband and Glass/Stream, they are different products with separate contracts, and there's no right to early exit on the television platforms outside the cooling off period.
