Broadband return
My router stopped working and sky said I should send it back with the courier who delivered the replacement. He refused to take it. I have no means to print the label to return via post office. Can sky post a label out or arrange collection?

Re: Broadband return
This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

The link posted by @Denise83146 explains how you can print a returns label at your local Post Office if you follow the steps on that guide.
