I.am not happy with my renewal quote and why should I pay to get the offer which is not great

Give Sky a call to see if they will offer you a better duscount. If they do you will need to make your mind up there and then and it will come with a new 18 month contract.

@riant You are not talking directly to Sky here, but you are talking to other customers. Give Sky a call to see what they can offer you. Dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts.
