Bt Box under stairs

Need a engineer visit to replace the bt box under the stairs as it has just died all of a sudden so sky broadband isn't working. Been on the phone for 40 mins now and still haven't spoke to a human any suggestions as im

I am assume you are referring to the Openreach ONT which has failed.
