Does anyone have the phone number for the renewals/retention team please? My broadband contract is due and online is pushing me to a gig connection which is way more than we need...

There isn't a specific number for retentions but one possibility is to use Sky's messaging service to negotiate new contracts linked below. It shows as cancelling Sky but you can use this service to renegotiate your Sky TV package.
