Broadband regularly drops out CV37

Having issues with broadband dropping out of an evening regularly, usually about 9pm onwards
We have Sky router and all sky online tests show it's fine, once it gets back up!
Despite these checks the broadband still drops out. No issue with WiFi, just Broadband fails.

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any outages nearby https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).

Any engineer visit that’s required is likely to be delayed due to the disruption from the recent storms.

This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs

For any customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you don’t receive any extra or quicker support.

Re: Broadband regularly drops out CV37

Thanks Daniel,

Those are the tests that I've previously run. Ran them again and they don't report a problem, yet every evening the broadband drops.

Sorta makes 'testing' it a bit pointless if it can't detect that there was/is a problem. It's more of an inconvenience than anything.

Guess I call 150.

Thanks again.
