Broadband purchase problem

I would like to buy a broadband from the website but when it comes to giving address details I see info that the email address is associated with another account. I am a new customer but I already have the account at sky.com

 

I don't have sky ID and never bought any product from sky before

 

Is there any way to buy it online?

If you are not a Sky customer then how is it you already have an account, have you created it to try and order broadband ?

@Patryk2  you need to unlink the email address from the sky account you already have 

 

then sign up as a new customer without being logged into an existing account

I created the account to order broadband but I had a problem anyway

I cannot delete the email address from account without providing another one. This is my only email address

@Patryk2 Then the best option may be to call sky and place the order with them telling them you created that account to do so and you stuffed it up!

You went about this the wrong way around as you create the account during the order process and not before.

 

You will either need to use a different email address or remove it from this ID you have setup which should then allow you to use it when placing the order.
