Broadband problems

I am having problems with my apps regarding picture (pixelatio )the picture keeps breaking up.

Yesterday on our village facebook forum a number of people said they had the same problem on their sky broadband.

Please can you fix this.

@coil+dubh  What platform was this for? Sky Q , Sky Glass or Sky stream?
