Broadband problem
I've been without broadband for 12 days or more and I cannot get through to a person to tell me when the problem is going to be resolved apart from the app saying in 48 hours on a rolling basis.
is is so hard to let people know?

If you mean the ' it usually takes a couple of days to fix things like this ' line of text, that's a rather unfortunate (and potentially misleading) reference to the generic Openreach target time to fix domestic broadband issues, rather than being specific to any particular outage.
Openreach reports to Ofcom that they meet this target for around 85% of faults: some can obviously take much longer.
