Broadband poor wi-fi reception

I have a poor reception all over the house. Very disappointed, as with Fibrus we had an inferior package but out Braodband reception was better with Fibrus.

I can get very little wi-fi reception in my house. The service you offer is not acceptable.

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
