Broadband payments
Five months ago I changed my Broadband speed to 100 Mb. I have checked my speed on independant speed checkers and they indicate speeds 45-55 Mb. Sky will not accept the results and insist that their figure of 106Mb correct. Where do I go now?

Re: Broadband payments
@Roger+Grigg first point is how are you measuring speeds? If yiu are using a device connected by WiFi the speed tests simply are recording tge speed of the wifi connection between the hub and your device. Given Sky have no control overvthe layout or type of construction of yiur home it is not covered by the guarantee. To get a reliable speed test use a devicecconnected by a direct gigabit ethernet cable with no other device connected.
Sky rely on tgecdaily speed test that iscrecorded in the Service Checker in the My Sky app where you can see the last 21 days history. Effectively you havecto provecthst is wrrong which isnt easy nor is there any proof the test is faulty.
