Broadband packages

My Sky Broadband contract is coming to an end soon, and I have received offer from Sky to move to Ultrafast Full Fibre Broadband for £34 a month for 18 months.

Looking online at all the available packages, I cannot see any package being offered for £34.00 a month, so I don’t know which one to select.

Available packages are:

Full Fibre 100 for £46.50 a month

Ultrafast Package for £41.50 a month

Ultrafast Plus Package for £55.50 a month

Gigafast Package for 65.50 a month. 

Which one is the right one to select in order to accept the special offer renewal package for £34.00 a month?

You need to follow whatever the email/letter you received said to so to get this £34.00 offer price. So was there an option to renew it via the email or perhaps a phone number to call ?

The email just had a link taken me to the Sky website, offering the packages listed.

That's why I am rather confused.

All you can do is to call Sky to see in they can access the £34 package for you.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
