Broadband outage
no connection to internet. I call sky and get stuck in a robot voiced loop. Then sends me a link to help troubleshoot problem. As I said I have no connection to internet so therefore cannot open link! What do I do now?

Ring again, when they say they sent you a link , would you like to use it say no , you will then go through your account information, and get to talk to an advisor
