Broadband outage
Look on Sky and says no problems in my area, go on app and the is an outage, which one is correct? I have no Internet

@PD5 the app is more accurate as it reports smaller outages affecting your line while the status page only reports major ones.

'no problems in your area' doesn't mean that your own individual circuit hasn't failed.
It's frankly very unhelpful wording by Sky, which we've repeatedly requested that they review and amend.
