Broadband order

Hi I have a broadband order tomorrow which I've been sent an email to say there's been an amendment, just wondering will the sky engineer still be coming to my property

@JonnyNatalie  As fellow customer here we won't know if they will attend or not, what does your order tracking page tell you?  https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@JonnyNatalie you will have to check with Sky to make that easier Inhave escalated your post to a team that supports the forum. They should invite you onto a private chat via the forum where a chat button should apear.
