Broadband not working.

Anyone else's broadband stopped working tonight? Sky seem to be their usual unhelpful selves in making this really difficult to report.

@Will1771

Two people from the HR9 poscode have posted to say they have no connection.

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Follow the prompts on the service checker and if a problem is found then it will provide a direct contact route to report it. Be aware, the checker can be an hour behind real life events (no idea why). The other options are 150 from a Sky landline (if it's working) or Sky mobile or the phone number or chat options on the MySky app or the website.
