Broadband not working
Over the past 2 weeks our broadband is constantly disconnecting from devices and not working properly. Router is getting very hot and then not working. We've had to unplug it for hours at a time to let it cool.

If you're certain that it's the hub itself and it's not near a heat source or a window, and out in the open then you'll need to contact them and be persistent if on the phone or chat. They should send you out a new hub although don't forget to send the old one back. It is possible to change the SSID and wifi password on the new one to match the old hub. That'll save setting up all of the wifi devices again, so make a note of the old details.
