Broadband not working

Hi,

in the past couple of days my broadband has stopped working - sometimes it does work, but most of the day it doesn't. As I am working from home, this causes me serious troubles. I have restarted the wifi device several times and unplugged and reconnected everything, followed all instructions in the app how to fix issues, but nothing helped. The wifi shows green light for Power, Wifi and Internet, and the service checker website says everything is running perfectly - however, I do not have internet! I checked all my devices (laptop, mobile) it's not working. Please can you help me ASAP as I need it for work! Thank you

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

In addition to the above remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you won’t receive any quicker or extra support if you're wfh.
