Has anyone received a letter informing them of the increase in cost for broadband yet?

Re: Increase in broadband charge, no letter received yet
The letters and emails go out in batches, the first ones sent on 20 February. Lots of customers have received notification so far.

Re: Increase in broadband charge, no letter received yet
@MrsHop12 & @FLC the date you get the letter or email depends on the day you pay your bill but it should be at least 30 days before your April payment is taken. Under Ofcom rules if decide to change ISPs in that period no cancellation charges can be applied. This protection only applies to Broadband it doesnt cover T`v services.
