Internet not working
I live in the CR4 area and the internet is not working. I have switched off the Internet box for 30 seconds the power light and connection light is on green but the Internet light is on orange.
i've checked on the app and it says everything is working normal.

Re: Internet not working
If it's happening at the time you've posted it's possibly maintenance related. This is done overnight to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. If it's not back up by the morning (7am), use the below link to check to see if there are any problems or outages nearby https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)
If there aren't any then try running the line test here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test.
If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).
This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging
