Broadband not working

Hi, I have rebooted and rest and done the online checks for the broadband and router and it's still not working. I have also logged in and done those checks on the website too that is saying everything is all working but it isn't.  The lights on the box i have 2 green and one flashing orange which is on the Internet.  Can this be looked into please

@Kirsty148  No one at sky can look int thos as no oen at Sky wioll kn wo who you are from a forum login.

 

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
