Broadband not working

Sky broadband constantly going off since xmas eve

@garybenji Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hi,

 

Mine has been the same since Christmas Eve.

 

I was trying to have a video Christmas catch up with someone on Christmas Eve, my broadband router went down/reset at least 4 times within an hour. We both gave up in the end. Absolutely ridiculous.

 

Since then  it went off twice on Christmas day morning, once in the evening.

 

Twice on boxing day and once already the early hours today.

 

I don't know if they are doing maintenance work  but it would be a stupid time to do it, and with prices always rising, it adds insult to injury. 

 

These big companies take too much advantage of customers and take them for granted.

 

I am.not very happy at all this week, and this is after having a new router sent earlier in the year.

@Gav1702  Does the broadband test show any faults on the line when you run it? If this keeps going on everyday, is it happening around the same time of day?
