Broadband not working
I switched to sky yesterday (01/10/2025) and it wasn't working, so I booked an engineer. Last night it just started working out of no where, so I just assumed there was a delay with activating (although my account said it was activated) so I cancelled the engineer for Friday. Woke up this morning and it's not working again. How do I uncancel the engineer? As I don't want to wait till next week to have a reliable broadband as I work from home. I haven't had confirmation of the cancellation yet and when I go onto my account it says manage booking but I can only rearrange for Monday as it still thinks I have the Friday booking as it's still going through the system to cancel it. Not really a great start to the service, and they have now sent me a bill as well!

@Gemma220 Activation is anytime up and until 11.59pm of that day for sky to get it all sorted out, what is the connection condition that you now have? Bill is produced as soon as the service is connected and live, you always pay 1 month advanced payment so sky take few days later your first payment and also 1 months time again. All explained in the billing e-mail!
