Broadband not working

We have had new fibre installed on Friday 27th June since then we have had no WiFi at different periods over the 2 and half days since it was installed we were told that fibre would be better and solve our WiFi problem as it was constantly dropping out before the change but that doesn't seem to be the case.

@SamHill85 What if anything are you seeing with the hub lights and the newly installed ONT for the Fibre, about the lights link below!
