Broadband not working again

Broadband not working in Okehampton Devon terrible service been on n off for days now, I will be contacting Sky to reduce my next bill for services I've been unable to use, in this day n age how can this be an issue!!!!

Sky are unlikely to compensate you for the Broadband being 'on and off'.

 

The Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates is for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.
