At the time of night you've posted it could be essential maintenance taking place which is done overnight to minimise disruption.

It was down yesterday in Keighley. Down since 10 again last night yet service checker says all OK. However local company apps not working properly either so is it maintenance or the fact you can't report an issuenoutside customer service hours?

Having the same issue. Went down at about 10 last night, still not working this AM... Not impressed...

@AndyMAN run the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection which will tell you if Sky have been told of an issue affecting your line if it doesn't call them to report the loss of connection lines should be opening now. Scheduled maintenance work will have ceased around 6am or earlier .
