Yesterday after a storm the internet light on the hub went off and now we have no service. Tried switching off and on, the online service check says we have a problem and it can't see the hub but then takes me back round the same questions again when I ask to fix it. Seriously frustrating!

You would need to call sky for a new router as it may be fried
