Broadband not detected

Hello

i have sky broadband however when I go onto the app it tells me that I don't and it doesn't detect my router

Are you using the correct Sky ID with the correctly linked account number?

Thankyou, I have now discovered my tv and broadband are both on different accounts but I have no idea the account ID for the wifi account 😂😂

@Ruski82 It would have been e-mailed to you! No joy then you need to call sky CS and have them take a look at what you have and guide you through linking it all together!
