The wireless password for the router is sticky on the underside of the router if that password doesn't work then do a hardware full reset of the router by pressing on holding the reset button for more than 30 seconds. Then try the password again that is attached to the router for your wireless devices.
If you are talking about the account password for Sky then you can reset this via the password reset if the email is valid, otherwise, you will need to contact Sky by phone dialling 150 from your home phone.
