Broadband not activated

Sky broadband should have been active on 7/12/24 and nothing, no message from Sky or anything 

being told broadband isn't in my area

Have you called Sky to find out if yoir broadband was activated and if not what the issue is ?

They said they've sent a special engineer and still nothing

Delay, particularly if it's a new FTTP installation, isn't unusual, and unfortunately December to January is particularly problematic with bad weather, short daylight hours and seasonal personnel absences.

 

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.
