Broadband not activated

My activation date has come and gone.  No updates.  If I log in it says activation in progress.  If I try a d get help I'm told to call the help centre which will cost me money as ui  have broadband only, no phone.  I just want to talk to a human.

@Matt175  What does it say in track orders in my account? When was your activation supposed to happen?

Hi, for activation it says - Activation  due.  For engineer visit it says - in progress. Activation was due on 23rd.
