@FranGeorge unless you are experiencing problems in using the network there is no need to worry. If you are why not post details and forum members can try to help?

Re: "Theres a problem with your wifi"

I have exactly the same problem. I can't connect anything. I have tried all the troubleshooting guides, soft reset, hard reset and nothing will connect, no green Internet light. Sky troubleshooter says problem with WiFi but then goes on to say all good but 0 connected devices. Been like this since 7am

@R0gu3tr4d3r the leds on your hub as they will tell you if there is a wifi problem in your home or more fundamentally if the internet light is not green that the hub has simply not connecting the the exchange - different problem different advice see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

Line issues need to be reported to Sky whose lines are now open.

@Tammy942 @FranGeorge @Jarvo12321 @Russ9

If you can't access the internet & your Sky Service checker is saying problem with the 'WiFi' then it may work if you unplug your router & then run the check again. This way the Sky checker many identify something different when it can't connect to the router.

Re: "Theres a problem with your wifi"

I'm having the same problem.  Upgraded the router as poor Wi-Fi upstairs.  Still can't get Wi-Fi to connect when using wattsapp, Facebook, Snapchat.  Nothing will download.  SkyQ working fine as is the internet.  How can this be solved?
