Broadband not activated
My broadband was meant to be activated remotely on the 25/01/2024 and it still isn't working and have no further emails or messages from sky regarding why this is. Sky website states activation will take place on 25th by midnight...which was yesterday. Any help would be appreciated, as my old connection is being disconnected in 2 days, and I rely on broadband to work.
