Broadband max hub

I've received my product and it's saying not to set up until the activation date, not a problem I can wait, my problem is it states that my activation date is on the address label. There is no date on the box or anywhere in the box.

Nope to all of above, tried ai sky help, useless, told to try here, next step call and speak to a human.

@Gibbo76__ Are you already a sky customer for your Broadband, if so you may not have an activation date, and can just stick the sky Hub straight on!
