Broadband line down after storm

Hi,

the line bringing our Sky broadband came down in the storm last Sunday. 
I was enquiring when engineers will be calling to fix the lines that came down

@Richie8  Have you already reported this to Sky? This is a customer to customer based forum, so you are not talking directly with Sky.

Have you reported this to Sky already? They won't be able to pass anything on to Openreach to fix if no one has told them.
