Broadband line dead

Hi, we recently moved into our rented property and it had a landline so ordered our wifi, when we have gone to plug it in the line is dead. An electrician has confirmed a dead line. Just reaching out for help as we are now paying for a service we can't actually use yet. 
we assume someone from sky will need to come and fix the issue?

@Abbeycurr You will have to call Sky to report this issue, it's not something that the other forum users can assist with(it's customer to customer support here) and the few Sky staff here wouldn't be able to help either.
