was wondering if anyone could help please I have been having constant issues with interenet lagging but was bearable but lately the speed has dropped below my guaranted speed of 50mb/s. It was coming up a fault and engineer was booked (speed was 39 mb/s) but he couldn't enter property as someone in household tested postitive for whooping cough which was highly contagious. After the scheduled visit time the diagnostics said the connection to hub issue was resolved but it's still below minimum at 49 mb/s but no faults are showing. Anyone any ideas what do down? When I go into maintenance it shows the statistic below (I saw people getting asked for this in other posts) and I have also attached a copy of what it says when I run the test.

zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
to report the fault
